As some of you may or may not know, this site and its predecessors have been funded by Mikey from day one.

The costs are not particularly high, but they mount up over time, and Mikey cannot be expected to keep paying. Indeed, he has said he is not going to. At the moment we are about £400 short of what's needed to keep going.

We have set up a paypal account where you can contribute to the running costs of the site. That is all donations will be used for. You are not paying for anyone's beer, tabs or SJP season tickets.

People on this board have different financial circumstances, but whatever you can afford, make a donation.

It's easy - go to the front page (by clicking on "articles" at the top of this one) and click on "donate"

Alternatively, wait for Mikey to pull the plug, and then you won't have anywhere to post about how shit this board is nowadays.





PS - anyone posting replies to this along the lines of "I'm not paying cos it's shit nowadays" will be summarily banned and their IP addresses barred If you don't want to pay, then just don't. But if you want to help keep the site going, do.
