Nah, if we get beat, then fair enough, its not a game we (and to be fair everyone) are expecting anything from.
The mackems however, when you are 2-0 up at home with 9 minutes to play against Birmingham, you should win, and they still didnt, thats worth laughing about

The Sporting Events (Control of Alcohol etc) Act 1985
prohibits the possession of alcohol on the way to matches on football special coaches
and trains and makes it an offence to be drunk on them
So the fact other people allow it is by the by. Just drink before you go.

Just reading on nufc.com that we have sold out our 1800 allocation for Old Trafford. I thought there was a rule that you had to be offered 5% of the capacity for away fans, does this mean we have turned tickets down as surely we should have had around 3800 tickets.

I think because we are newly promoted
Knowing our away backing, we'd have no trouble selling out any allocation

As far as I know we only requested that many. I think the fact that it's a Monday night game, on the tele and it's school holidays and people are away is why. I read that even the home tickets went on general sale which I don't think they normally do for most games. Hopefully we will take over away grounds with poor home support this season, like Wigan, Blackburn and Bolton, like we did at Barnsley last year.

Because thats the way it is and everyone else seems to like it.
Strangely excited for tonight, maybe an early Man Utd goal will take that away though.
Been a cracking weekend, what with Blackpool doing what they did, Chelsea just looked class which makes me even more sure Man Utd will want to send a message back to them by clattering us.
The best thing has to be either the mackems throwing a 2-0 lead away or even better Liverpools howler right at the end v Arsenal last night, hahah.

Will be a combination of the two I think. I think you are playing a very dangerous game if you simply park the bus against the likes of Man U.
Will be a usual away 4-5-1, hopefully will keep it tight and frustrate them and possibly look to nick one from a set piece or something.
If we dont concede early we maybe have a slim chance of a point, if we concede early then i really would fear for us

It doesn't take a good team to try and shut your opponents down, sooooo frustrating
The amount of space we are giving them to pull the strings they were always going to break us down, and this could turn into a cricket score..
Even more frustrating in that Carroll should of buried that header, and we look like we can score if we can play the right final ball, I'm not convinced by their defense at all
If the 2nd half is the same as the first, 4 or 5-1, if CH tells them to stick to their men tight and we can pinch an early one in the 2nd, a point is still possible.

Pretty much agree with that. Barton & Enrique are giving posession away far too easily and you just can't do that against Man Utd or you will be punished. I'm a bit nervous now that they are really going to target Perch 2nd half. I think Williamson has been outstanding.

The whole team and the manager are way out of their depth, that is plain and simple, make no mistake, Man Utd aren't playing well, we are simply so far behind that it is untrue.
Our whole team looked absolutely knackered after about 20 minutes and in all fairness, this could end up a cricket score.
