Well thats one of the bids out of the window, Kenny Huang was apparently getting impatient as to how long the due dilligence process was taking.

I expect Hicks & Gillet are bundling up a lot of the debt in "creative" ways and so due diligence is bound to take a long time to actually follow all the paper trails.

Think Liverpool will have serious problems without a change of ownership. I certainly can't see them getting that CL spot back any time in the next few years.
