After the dissapointment of England in the World Cup, i really can't get myself excited for this tonight, infact, i'm really annoyed that it is on this weekend and hindering the start to the real football season.
I think i support Ghana.

You're not the only one feeling like that, its probably the first time going into a qualifying campaign that i've not had much faith in England.

We'll absolutely piss our group then do shag all in the actual tournament.
At least I'll get to laugh at Ian Wright (Wright, Wright) who'll no doubt be giving it large about how we have the best England side in years and we're gonna win it when the tournament rolls around in a couple of years.

Armenia 0-1 Ireland. 3 points. Job done.
Ref was shocking and Keane missed 2 sitters. Delighted to see ex Drogheda United player Keith Fahey score for his country.
We grinded it out but we have a serious lack of pace. Armenia were very cynical though, so Russia and Slovakia will find it tough there too.

Total speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if something came out in the future about him having issues in his personal life. I mean, he's a class player and he's been consistently playing shite for the last few months. His mind doesn't seem to be on the job. Watch him now score a hat-trick in the second half

Wales has a population of under 3 million. A large number of those a primarily Rugby fans - this is reflected by the fact that there are only three professional clubs in the whole of the country.
Even allowing for the occasional Ryan Giggs, they have very little to pick from, as they simply don't have suffient players at grassroots level
